Tortilla wrapped meat-free cheeseburgers

This is becoming one of my favourite quick lunches, so easy to make and delicious. I make these in the Foreman grill because it's the fastest way, they'd work fine in the oven too though you might want to wrap it in foil to stop the cheese running out if you do it that way.

Ingredients:
2 meat-free burgers, any type
2 slices of cheese, any type that melts well
1 large flour tortilla
Ketchup (optional)

Cooking:
1) Cook the meat-free burgers on the grill until they're fully done.

2) Cut two slices of cheese, and cover half of the tortilla in ketchup (optional).

3) Lay the burgers on top of the ketchup side, put the cheese slices on top of the burgers and fold the tortilla in half over them.

4) Put it back in the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.

5) Take out and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Cut the tortilla in half between the burgers and then it's ready to eat.
